I can't help but think you'll have a skewed sample here -- surely your readers are more inclined to order cheese than the average diner? That goes for me, anyway!

Hi Colleen - I understand what you're saying, but at the same time I think that, like commenter #1, some may prefer their cheese straight from the cheesemonger.
Also, in my experience, cheese plates at restaurants are notoriously uneven and so may (or may not) be worth ordering in the first place.....just depends.
