Are there any hard cheese making courses in or around Vancouver BC?
Posted by: Celene | October 06, 2009 at 12:26 PM
Hi Celene - The Farm House Natural Cheeses in Agassiz has offered classes in the past, but I haven't heard of any coming up in the near future. If I do hear of any classes in the Vancouver area I will post them.
Readers - let me know of any BC home cheesemaking classes!
