Very cool. I'll keep my eye out for it. I often go to Woodburn (will be trying a new Mariscos place down there tomorrow) and will see if Salvador's is carrying it. I often wonder where the queso fresco and crema that is in little un-branded tubs is coming from at these Mexican markets. Are they just splitting it up from bulk, making themselves, getting it from a producer like this? Hard to say.

We do not do business with Salvadors any more. However if you go right around the corner to the La Morenita Tortilla Factory you can get our cheese. If the cream is in unmarked tubs it is usually coming out of Darigold or Land of Lakes and they are just splitting the bulk stuff down into tubs. If you let me know your general vicinity i can tell you where you can purchase our cheese. We sell in more then 70 locations.

Thanks Cheese Project for this fantastic story. When I saw the picture of the jeresy cows, I said to myself, "Oh, they're so cute!"

Just checking to see if you can help me. I'm looking for the "cheddar, cranberry, walnut" cheese that used to be sold at the Bandon Cheese Co. in Bandon, Oregon. I guess the co. was bought/sold or whatever to Tillamonk. Just looking for the CHEESE!

Thank you

I will work on finding that cheese for you!

Which retail outlets in the Seattle area does Coelho Dairy distibute queso fresco?
